KBL Landscaping & Groundworks are looking for an experienced landscaper/groundworker to join our growing team working across Warwickshire and the Midlands. We specialise in high-quality outdoor transformations including porcelain patios, natural stone paving, block paving, driveways, fencing, turfing and general landscaping works. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well within a team, and maintains a professional standard on customer properties. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in landscaping & groundworks Full UK driving licence required Must be over 25 for insurance purposes Strong experience with: Porcelain paving Natural stone paving Block paving Ground preparation Screeding Drainage Edging systems Artificial grass Fencing Applicants must also: Be reliable and punctual Have good attention to detail Be able to work from drawings and levels Be confident working independently and within a team Maintain a professional attitude around customers Preferred Skills Experience leading smaller projects Ability to mentor apprentices/labourers Machine/digger experience beneficial What We Offer Consistent local work High-end residential projects Opportunity to grow with the company Competitive rates depending on experience Supportive team environment How to Apply Please send your CV, examples/photos of previous work, and contact details to our team.
