What timelines should I expect?
Timelines vary by scope, but we confirm schedules at quoting and keep you updated on progress throughout the project. Projected timelines can potentially change throughout works, and you can keep up to date through our customer portal.
How do payment stages work?
Stage payments are outlined in the building contract which is to be reviewed and signed prior to work commencing. Payments are strategically placed at key milestones of the project and will be outlined further via customer portal.
