Do I need planning permission?
It depends on the scope. We review your plans and advise on permitted development versus when planning is required.
There are certain types of extensions and conversions which fall under permitted devlopment for more information.
How is building control handled?
We co-ordinate inspections and sign-offs with building control and keep all records documented for handover. Fees for building control differ per project depending on the type of work required, all fees will be outlined in our initial estimate.
What timelines should I expect?
Timelines vary by scope, but we confirm schedules at quoting and keep you updated on progress throughout the project. Projected timelines can potentialy change throughout works, you can keep upto date on our customer portal.
How do payment stages work?
Stage payments are outlined in the building contract which is to be reviewed and signed prior to work commencing. Payments are strategically placed at key milestones of the project and will be outlined further via customer portal.
